The hotel staff was very friendly and willing to help. Every day I had two bottles of fresh water in my room. The location is good IF for some reason you would rather be in the downtown area.
The room was clean but the A/C could only be switched on or off. When there was a cloudy day, there wasn't any hot water so I had to shower with cold water. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The Breakfast was very poor, no eggs/salads/cheeses. Would rather stay at the hotel area next time instead of the downtown area.
Hotel is not correctly located on your map.It is a downtown, not the seaside-hotelera zone.
Free wi-fi, cheep
There are not hot water
it didn't seem to be a 3 star hotel at all as it was rated in the web
The little outside eating area was a cool place to watch the day go by, the room looked clean, and it was relatively cheap.
My room had bedbugs, and the tile in the halls really made people sound loud outside the room, and the lady at reception was rather curt, but the rest of the staff was very nice.
good localization, shop (with everything) next to hotel. Good conection by bus to the beach (zona hotelera)
very poor breakfast
staff was very handy
noisy air-candition from last century
The helpfulness of the staff and the downtown location
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't have any problems here and would definitely return if I thought more of Cancun.
Just the location (not that far from the Airport) is the good point of this hotel...
Staff took like 15' to make the check-in, my room smelt like chlore and was not comfortable (cold white lights, for example), and the guy from the restaurant asked me 40 pesos (about 4 $) to take fruits in the (included!) "contentinental breakfeast" (since nothing was written about that...)... Conclusion: you better book a room in another hotel, really!
On site tour sales and handy location to downtown.
it was great place.i had very nice staying there in downtown and in walkable distance from the hotelera zone.the price was very good.
it is good option to have an elavator.
Friendly staff The price was alright Walking distance from the bus station
No lock on the safe in the room
Located in Downtown. Very good bus access to ferries, beaches etc. Close to busstation. Even to Chichen Itza and the mayatours. Internet in the lobby, good restaurant, good food, cheap and good local beer. Nice staff. If you ever come to Cancun Mexico, this hotell is a good choice. And if you go by air, keep away of private taxi shuffelling from the airport. These people is not of the Soberanis. We paid 66 us $ + 10 us $ in airport tax. Take the bus and pay 90 pesos for 2 persons (6-7 us $)
Great location if you don't need beach. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Lady from hotel's restaurant feeded us with two portions of delicious soup to each and for free. Room was clean, everything was fine
